Mark Roberts oversees the company’s marketing efforts. He is responsible for growing ridership, including driving member acquisition, improving member retention and increasing day pass sales to visitors.
Mark has more than 20 years of relevant experience. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Everyday Health, a digital media company specializing in health and wellness. During his 11-year tenure with the NYC based start-up, he was responsible for running the company’s subscription businesses, leading the creative services team and overseeing media buying.
Mark is an Echols Scholar from the University of Virginia where he completed his independent research project on the impact of transportation design on urban development.
When he can’t make it to the Northeast Kingdom in Vermont to get his mountain biking fix, you can find him riding a tandem bike with his wife and two sons on the Brooklyn Greenway.
