Justine Lee is Vice President, Legal and General Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Development at Motivate. Prior to joining Motivate, she practiced corporate law at Davis Polk & Wardwell, where she served most recently as a senior adviser to the Management Committee of the firm. Prior to Davis Polk, Justine was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Rosemary Barkett on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Justine received a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and Managing Editor of the Human Rights Law Review. She is a trustee of the All Souls School in New York City and a director of Global Kids, a nonprofit educational organization that develops youth leaders from underserved communities.
Her favorite bike ride is up the Hudson River greenway and over the GW bridge on a tandem bike with her five year old son Nicholas.
